A heated exchange between Alejandro Garnacho and Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has reportedly left the winger’s future at the club hanging in the balance.
According to sources, Amorim slammed Garnacho in front of the entire squad, saying, “You better pray that you can find a club to sign you.”
This explosive comment comes after Garnacho publicly expressed his disappointment at being limited to just 20 minutes of playing time in the Europa League final defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.
Garnacho’s Frustration
Garnacho’s post-match comments suggested that his playing time in the final could influence his decision to stay or leave Manchester United.
“Up until the final, I played every round helping the team, and today I play 20 minutes, I don’t know,” he said.

This perceived slight against Amorim appears to have sparked the manager’s ire.
Potential Exit
The relationship between Garnacho and Amorim seems irreparably damaged, with reports linking the winger to a potential move to Napoli, the Italian champions.
This situation bears similarities to the public falling out between Amorim and Marcus Rashford earlier this year, which led to Rashford’s loan move to Aston Villa.
Manchester United’s Squad Overhaul
As Garnacho and Rashford potentially depart, Manchester United is expected to bring in new signings.
Matheus Cunha is reportedly set to join the club after United met his release clause, and Liam Delap is also being linked with a move to Old Trafford.
Antony, who has had a productive loan spell at Real Betis, is also expected to leave.
