Arsenal has reportedly made contact with Ajax to discuss a potential move for 19-year-old defender Jorrel Hato.
The Dutch wonderkid had an impressive 2024-25 campaign, featuring 50 times and scoring three goals with six assists.

Hato’s versatility in playing as a left-back and centre-back has made him an attractive proposition for Arsenal.

Competition for Hato
Chelsea and Liverpool are also interested in Hato, but Arsenal and Real Madrid are leading the chase.
Ajax is in a strong position, with Hato’s contract running until 2028.
Arsenal’s Sesko Pursuit
Meanwhile, Arsenal is making progress in their pursuit of RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko, with discussions “ramping up” according to expert Charles Watts.
Al-Hilal’s interest in Sesko has been noted, but Arsenal is expected to secure the deal.
