Robert Lewandowski equaliser earned defending champions Bayern Munich a draw the opening game of the new Bundesliga season 1-1 at Borussia Moenchengladbach on Friday.
Hosts Gladbach took the lead when French striker Alassane Plea scored after ten minutes, but Lewandowski levelled from a corner just before the break.
