FOOTBALL TRANSFER GOSSIP:

  • Zinedine Zidane is ready to return to management and is targeting a post at his former club Juventus, according to reports in France.

 

  • Paris Saint-Germain are willing to let Lionel Messi leave in the summer on a free transfer as the club embarks on a new strategy focused on recruiting young French players

 

  • Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign 18-year-old Portuguese winger Diego Moreira on a free transfer when his Benfica contract expires this summer.
  • Newcastle United are confident they can complete a £30m deal to sign Arsenal and Scotland defender Kieran Tierney, 25, this summer.

 

  • Aston Villa are considering a £55m combined bid for two Manchester City and England players – 32-year-old defender Kyle Walker and midfielder Kalvin Phillips, 27.
