AC Milan are on the verge of completing the signing of Tottenham Hotspur’s Emerson Royal, with the two clubs nearing an agreement worth around £13 million.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Italian club and Spurs have bridged the gap in their valuations of the Brazilian right-back, with only £1.5 million separating their offers.
Royal, who recently featured for Tottenham in a pre-season friendly in South Korea, is expected to finalize his move to Milan today.
The 24-year-old will bolster Milan’s defensive options, providing competition for existing right-backs Davide Calabria and Alessandro Florenzi.
