Aston Villa is reportedly leading the charge to sign Chelsea winger Noni Madueke in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The Villans are currently focused on their busy schedule, which includes six matches in 17 days across three competitions.
However, they are also looking to strengthen their squad while adhering to the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability regulations.
Villa’s Transfer Strategy
Aston Villa has been active in the transfer market, with potential signings of Marco Asensio and Marcus Rashford on loan from Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United, respectively.
According to reports, Villa could spend around £55m to complete these signings.
Madueke’s Potential Departure from Chelsea
Noni Madueke has been a key player for Chelsea, with 17 goals and seven assists in 74 appearances.
However, the Blues may consider selling him to make a marginal profit.

A proposal worth £30m could be enough to secure Madueke’s departure, with Newcastle United also reportedly interested in signing the winger.
Chelsea’s Squad Dynamics
Chelsea’s squad dynamics could also play a role in Madueke’s potential departure.
The club has spent £54m on Pedro Neto and will need to pay a £25m transfer fee or £5m penalty clause for Manchester United loanee Jadon Sancho in June.
Additionally, Estevao Willian and Kendry Paez are set to join the squad, which could make Madueke the most sellable asset despite having over five years remaining on his contract.
