Man Utd Get Positive Fitness Update on Leny Yoro

According to the Manchester Evening News, Yoro is now walking around unhindered, which brings him one step closer to his eventual return.

Yoro even managed to get into the gym at United’s Carrington training center to work with the team’s physios. It is a step in the right direction for Yoro’s recovery, but it is expected that the French central defender will need several months to get back on his feet.

A return is also scheduled for November. In the absence of Yoro, Manchester United have had a difficult start to the season.

After an opening win over Fulham, the Red Devils beat Brighton & Hove Albion and Liverpool, leaving them 14th in the Premier League table heading into the international break.

His teammate Matthijs de Ligt made his Liverpool debut, replacing Harry Maguire and starting alongside keeper Lisandro Martinez.
