Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford is reportedly willing to wait until the end of the January transfer window to secure a move to Barcelona.
The 27-year-old has been frozen out of the first-team fold by new manager Ruben Amorim and is determined to join the La Liga giants.
Rashford’s Patience May Pay Off
According to the Daily Star, Rashford is prepared to wait until transfer deadline day (February 3) to leave Old Trafford if it means securing a deal with Barcelona.
The Spanish club is competing with Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid for domestic supremacy, and Rashford is eager to be a part of their squad.
Wages a Stumbling Block
Rashford’s current wages of around £315,000 per week are a significant obstacle to a potential deal.

However, the attacker is reportedly willing to take a substantial pay cut to join Barcelona and play at the Olympic Stadium.
Replacement Options for Manchester United
With Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho potentially leaving Manchester United this month, the club is targeting reinforcements in attacking areas.
One reported target is Southampton winger Tyler Dibling, who is also wanted by several other top clubs.
The Saints have valued the teenager at £55m, which would require a significant investment from Manchester United.
