Robert Pires former Arsenal star has named about five teams he believes would win the Premier League next season.
Pires fears next season will be ‘much harder’ for Arsenal as he expects Manchester City and three other clubs to challenge the Gunners for the Premier League title.
Arsenal is still hoping to win the Premier League title this season as they currently sit six points above Manchester City with eight games remaining. Though the citizens have a game in hand.
Pires, who won the Premier League for two seasons during his playing days, said the Blues and Reds will bounce back next season and join Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United in the hunt for the title.

Pires said:
‘Of course, in the future, teams like Manchester City, Manchester United and even Chelsea and Liverpool will have better financial possibilities to remain competitive at the highest level, that is clear.
‘So next season it will be much harder for Arsenal, especially with the added burden of the Champions League.’
Pires also picked out four Arsenal players for praise as the Gunners chase a first league title since the 2004 triumph under Arsene Wenger.
‘I really like Aaron Ramsdale, Gabriel Magalhaes, Granit Xhaka and Bukayo Saka,’ the 49-year-old said. ‘They complement each other very well and have fun playing together.’
