Jadon Sancho will start training on his own away from the rest of the Man United first-team squad as it was confirmed in a club statement.
The former Dortmund star has made three appearances for the club this season, all of which have come from the bench.
His most recent outing came in a 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford on August 26.
He has struggled to live up to the hype following a big-money £73million move from Germany two years ago, scoring 12 goals in 82 appearances so far.
“Jadon Sancho will remain on a personal training programme away from the first-team group, pending resolution of a squad discipline issue.”
Sancho was drop against Arsenal match and Ten Hag revealed that he was dropped from the 3-1 defeat to Arteta’s sides based on his under-par displays on the training pitch.
“Jadon, on his performance in training, was not selected.
“You have to reach a level at Man United every day and we can make choices in the front line.
“So for this game he was not selected.”
Sancho reacts to Ten Hag excuses
“Please don’t believe everything you read!
I will not allow people saying things that is completely untrue, I have conducted myself in training very well this week.”
“I believe there are other reasons for this matter that I won’t go into, I’ve been a scapegoat for a long time which isn’t fair!
“All I want to do is play football with a smile on my face and contribute to my team.
I respect all decisions that are made by the coaching staff, I play with fantastic players and grateful to do so which I know every week is a challenge.
“I will continue to fight for this badge no matter what!”
Man United are back in action this coming weekend as they will host Brighton at Old Trafford.
