Europa league: Man Utd To Be Without 3 Players Against Sevilla

Man Utd manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer have confirmed that his side will be without three players when they face Sevilla in the Europa League last-4 fixture at Rhein Energie Stadion in Germany on Sunday night due to injury.

However, those players are Luke Shaw, Phil Jones and Axel Tuanzebe.

Manchester United head to the game after knocking out Copenhagen from the Europa League last-8 a few days ago, while Sevilla eliminated Wolves from the competition.

Meanwhile, The winner between Man United and Sevilla will face either Shakhtar Donetsk or Inter Milan in the Europa League final.

A statement on the official website of Man Utd read.

“Luke Shaw, Phil Jones and Axel Tuanzebe remain on the sidelines for the Reds, with all three defenders staying at home while the rest of the squad is out in Germany,”

Also, Solskjaer said this at his pre-match press conference:

“We are fine. Obviously the ones we have left home are still there.”
