Sterling’s Chelsea future in doubtful as he’s omitted from squad Again

Raheem Sterling has been left out of Chelsea’s initial squad list for their UEFA Conference League play-off match against Servette, fueling speculation about his future at the club.

The England forward was also absent from the matchday squad against Manchester City on Sunday, prompting his camp to release a statement seeking clarity on his situation.

Sterling’s omission from the squad list has raised concerns about his future at Chelsea.

With three years left on his contract, the 29-year-old is being offered to other clubs, including Juventus, who have expressed interest in his services.

Saudi Arabian clubs are also reportedly keen on signing him.

Other Notable Absences  Ben Chilwell, Wesley Fofana, and Tosin Adarabioyo are also missing from the initial squad list.

Levi Colwill, however, is expected to be included on a ‘B’ list to be confirmed on Wednesday.

Sterling’s situation is part of Chelsea’s efforts to trim their bloated squad.
