Donny van de Beek expresses his immense joy and enthusiasm about commencing a fresh phase in his career subsequent to his departure from Manchester United.

Van de Beek‘s move involves him joining Eintracht Frankfurt on a loan deal that extends for the entirety of the current season, allowing him to be a part of their team for the remainder of the competitive period.

The Dutchman has made just 62 appearances for Manchester United, scoring two goals, with just two outings in the current campaign.

Van de Beek went on loan to Everton in the second half of the 2021-22 season, but that didn’t spark his career into life again, but he is hoping this switch to the Bundesliga will.

His loan move to Frankfurt was confirmed on New Year’s Day, with the club having an option to buy him in the summer and the Netherlands international is thrilled.

‘I can’t wait to start and I hope to see you soon in the stadium. All the best.’

Eintracht’s ‘board member for sport’ Markus Krösche said:

Donny van de Beek fits our playing philosophy perfectly and is an important piece of the puzzle for our squad.

‘He brings plenty of international experience, which our young players will profit from.

Donny also carries a goal threat and should be particularly useful when it comes to getting our forwards into promising positions.’
