Tottenham came from 2-0 down to earn a credible draw with Manchester United in Ryan Mason’s first game in charge.
Manchester United appeared to be heading for all three points when first-half goals from Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford gave them a comfortable lead at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Sancho opened the scoring for the Red Devils on seven minutes with a ruthlessly effective feint and finish from the left side of the area.
United then missed a number of chances to extend their lead with Sancho and Marcus Rashford going close before the latter netted his 29th goal of the campaign on the stroke of half time with a show of pace and clinical finishing.
Spurs eventually did show some spirit and reduced the arrears through Pedro Porro’s smart volley following the break.
Son and Eric Dier then failed to finish off huge chances to level before the hosts finally got their reward for some intense pressure when Son tucked in Harry Kane’s superb cross 11 minutes from time.
